‘‘Nothing will change, unless You change”

How can therapy facilitate change?

Are you struggling with low self-esteem, recovering from abuse, experiencing challenges in your relationship, or work environment? Do you find yourself at the crossroads in life, unsure of how to move forward? I believe that everyone has the power to heal and transform their lives.

Counselling can be a powerful tool to facilitate change, offering a safe and supportive environment to explore your feelings, confront your challenges and discover new perspectives.

Why do people choose to have counselling?

Usually, people choose to seek therapy because they are experiencing difficulties and distress in their lives or they want to empower themselves. Even when someone has the most supportive family and friends, they can still feel isolated, anxious or depressed. It may be easier to talk about personal, family, or relationship issues with someone who's independent. There are many life events or issues that are difficult to deal with - such as recovery from narcissistic abuse, low self-esteem, and anxiety, challenges in relationships - to name a few. However, you don't have to be in crisis, or on the verge of one, before choosing to seek therapy. You may be experiencing underlying feelings of dissatisfaction with life in general, or simply seeking more balance. All are good reasons to have therapy.
